Calendar basics

Once you have created your first account and completed the onboarding process, it is important to ensure your calendar is configured to align to your availability.

There are three considerations needed in setting up your calendar for the very first time.

  1. What are your business opening hours?
  2. What are the hours, as a provider, you are available?
  3. What are the timeslots on your calendar?

Sometimes these are the same, if the practice is open, then a provider is available. Other times, these may vary.

In order to set up your office hours, navigate to the business hours here. You will be able to set the opening hours of your business.

Once you have configured your opening hours of your business, you need to set the availability as a provider. To do this, navigate to the provider working hours here.

Once you have defined the opening hours and provider working hours, you can now set up the calendar time slots here.

Your calendar is now set up and ready for appointments to be made
