The Calendar view is where you can schedule and organise your appointments in Kolabree. To begin simply create your first booking. Clients who have scheduled their own appointments will also appear here.
This Calendar view is where all appointments can be scheduled and arranged. White space on your Calendar means you have availability at these times and the red line continuously floats to the current date and time.
Each provider has their own calendar, and is able to access each others schedules.
Booking appointments
Click anywhere on the calendar view to begin making a new appointment.
The appointment menu includes details of the provider, the service to be provided, new or existing customer details and the date, time and duration of the appointment. Once saved it will then appear on your calendar.
